Elise's comment:

Good episode overall. Not the best though. I have to agree that I adored Luke in this episode. I loved the way he panicked and took care of Paul Anka. I also like the way he let Lorelai go on and on with scenarios of what she should do with the dog, before accepting to bring him home.

There were a lot of (let's see), non-PG moments in the episode. Well, more than usual. We had Lorelai telling Luke that he's the only one who'll get to see her "getting-out-of-the-shower" from now on. Then there was Paris and her whole discussion about lingerie. And then there was Rory saying to Logan that she missed "this". I wasn't offended or anything, I'm just bringing it up because it's unusual in a Gilmore Girls episode. We get some comments here and there, but never three in an episode. Well, I had never noticed before.

Alexis finally took out the bobby-pins. The result: Rory has bangs! They actually look similar to my bangs... but I had them first. lol.

What a relief: TJ is out. Tom is the contractor. Yay!

Glad to see Lane and the band. I was expecting for something to go wrong with the van though. But Rory and Lane haven't talked yet. Does Lane even know about Rory's community service? Does Rory know that Lane was on tour the entire summer? She doesn't seem to care. I hope the writers change that a little.

Talk about this episode...
